Virtual ICF Workshop in March - Registration closed

The registration is now closed for the next virtual English-language ICF workshop scheduled forThursday and Friday, 25-26 March 2021,

This two-day interactive training comprises of lectures and exercises that provide the basics of the ICF for participants, with no or little knowledge of the ICF. It also provides participants who already have experience with the ICF, the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about the ICF, insight in potential practical application of the ICF, opportunity for networking and structured workshop materials. Each participant will also receive a certificate of participation.

Day 1: Basics of the ICF - biopsychosocial model of functioning and disability, structure/codes of the ICF, ICF qualifiers/other scales, ICF Core Sets*
Day 2: Linking methodology and various other applications of the ICF with real-life examples (e.g. rehabilitation management and other topics depending on the participants' interests)

*Participants are required to complete the ICF e-Learning Tool ( before the start of the workshop. Day 1 will deepen the basics of the ICF.

The date of the next virtual ICF Workshop will be announced in April 2021.

Next available German-language ICF Workshops

The next available German-language ICF workshops will take place in March and again in July 2021 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, Germany. Due to the currrent Covid-19 situation, the 2-day (3.5 hours/day) workshop will take place online. The workshop will cover a wide range of topics and comprises a basic module as well as specific modules.

Day 1: Basic module – 8 trainings sessions in in-person trainings or 3.5 hours in online trainings
Day 2: Advanced modules (optional) – 4 training sessions in in-person trainings or 3.5 hours in online trainings
